Pfister.ch’s “Inside Out” is a brand-awareness TV campaign built around a striking visual idea: a woman emerging from a piece of furniture.
While the concept could have been realized through traditional production, it would have required complex product preparation, elaborate set builds, and extensive VFX work. To achieve the full creative vision within a limited budget, the team opted for a full AI-driven production approach across most stages of the process.
Generative AI was integrated early on, from concept testing and visual development to AI casting, AI styling, and AI-generated locations and motion. A dedicated consistency layer ensured visual coherence across scenes, supporting character and product continuity throughout the film.
The final campaign combined AI-generated assets with traditional post-production workflows, including compositing, color grading, and sound design. This hybrid execution demonstrates how AI filmmaking and classical post-production can work together to deliver high-impact commercial storytelling.
